| Roll-o-holic Club Card Terms and Conditions |

| Membership: |
- Customers are eligible to become Roll-o-holic Club Card members upon spending Rs. 200 on a single invoice in a participating Kaati Zone restaurant.
- Roll-o-holic Club Card program application form must be completed in its entirety to be eligible for Membership.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited will issue Roll-o-holic Club membership purely at its discretion and reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited reserves the right to terminate/cancel the membership of any member if the member manipulates, tampers with the card or any such other illegal acts or deeds.
- By accepting the Membership of Roll-o-holic Club Card loyalty program, the Member irrevocably authorizes East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited, as also any of the organization with which Kaati Zone may finalize arrangements to be a partner in the said program, to use data of the member, for co-promotions, marketing and communication.

| Rewards: |
- For every rupee spent at a participating Kaati Zone restaurant, Roll-o-holic Club members will be rewarded 8% of the total value of purchase without taxes or 7% of the total value of purchase with taxes. Points are earned only on the pre tax menu rate and points are redeemed only on the pre tax menu rate.
- The rewards are valid only on dine-in and takeaway orders – no points can be earned or redeemed on delivery orders. Members can redeem the rewards for menu items in select Kaati Zone restaurants.
- The loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other offer or discount scheme or be availed against orders that have been placed before becoming a Roll-o-holic Club Card Member.
- Roll-o-holic Club Card Members will have to pay by cash or credit card to earn points under the loyalty program, members paying by gift voucher and such other cash less instrument will not earn any point for such purchase.
- For the first redemption there must be a minimum accrual of Rs.20/- as rewards on Roll-o-holic Club cards.
- It is the Roll-o-holic Club Card member’s responsibility to ensure that before leaving the Kaati Zone restaurant, they obtain a slip containing latest rewards balance.
- Computation of rewards by East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Roll-o-holic Club Card Member and will not be questioned or disputed except in case of errors apparent on the record or an error proved beyond reasonable doubt with proper documentary proof.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited reserves the right to modify the Award/Loyalty point structure at its discretion, the modified list will be posted at www.kaatizone.com at least 24 hours before the modification comes into force.
- The Club member must present the Roll-o-holic Club Card while placing the order and inform the Kaati Zone staff if they are planning to redeem the rewards accumulated on the card before placing the order and also inform the staff the extent to which you intend to utilize the accumulated rewards.
- Receipts for purchases made with the card will show the remaining balance and validity.
- Rewards are not transferrable to another Roll-o-holic Club Card.
- The allotment and redemption of loyalty rewards will be solely at the discretion of East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited management.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited reserves the right to refuse to reward or to withdraw rewards or refuse the right to redeem rewards accumulated for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for purchases.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the cards issued by them.
- Rewards once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited.
- Rewards will not be awarded in cases of special offers / promotions / items excluded by the management.
- Any disputes regarding the points earned & redeemed will have to be addressed to roll-o-holic@kaatizone.com with details of purchase (invoice number date location) / redemption along with customer name & card number.

| Card Loss: |
- Cards lost shall be the sole responsibility of the cardholder, and such loss should be intimated to East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited immediately.
- East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited is not responsible for any misuse of a lost or stolen card
- If cards are lost/ stolen or damaged, customers can block their cards by calling a designated phone number – (080) 41122100 and emailing roll-o-holic@kaatizone.com.

| General Terms: |
- The Roll-o-holic Club Card is the property of East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited to whom it should be returned to upon request.
- The use of the Roll-o-holic Club Card is subjected to the terms and conditions as amended from time to time and its use is restricted as per East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited's records.
- The Roll-o-holic Club Card is valid for use at select Kaati Zone restaurants.
- This card is valid for a period of 2 years only.
- This card is not a credit card.
- This card may not be redeemed for cash.
- The membership is not transferable.
- This card is not valid for East West Ethnic Foods Private Limited staff.
- Disputes, if any will be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
- Customers will have to write to roll-o-holic@kaatizone.com for complaints or any queries.
- Roll-o-holic Club Card members can view their card balance online at www.kaatizone.com/roll-o-holic.htm
- Please visit www.kaatizone.com/roll-o-holic.htm for the latest terms and conditions.
- East West Ethnic Foods reserves the right to change or withdraw any or all of the above terms & conditions at anytime without any prior notice.
- East West Ethnic Foods reserves the right to suspend the Roll-o-holic program any time with or without assigning a reason after giving a general notice of ten days addressed to the members at large to be posted in Kaati Zone restaurants and on its web site www.kaatizone.com
